No, what you're saying is a generalization based on assumptions by the people who have not had a good experience with police officers and sadly it is often those that broke the law in the first place and deserved it. I am a minority yet it's only my white friends who have been "Targeted" by the police for some reason yet are too dense to see that they were arrested because they broke the law. This kid didn't need to die but the end result of this situation was caused by his own actions, that car wouldn't have ended up on top of him if he had stopped but clearly he's above following society's rules and that's why he's no longer part of it.
