+1 You must be a scooter noob if you don't know what you can take, If you meant moped (<49cc) it could have been a toss up depending on distance, but most scooters are normally 125 or 250cc and can get pretty fast.
even a 49.5cc scooter can hit 30mph+. I don't know about you, but I can't hold that for long on a bike.
