Here is my slotted Nuovo Tipo hub from '72. The pictures are dark and the hub is dirty.
Besides the skewer and the lack of oil port and cover, the tipo also has a thinner flange.
The Tipo low and high flanges share the winged logo then, as JohnD notes.
