Are you friggin kidding me? I can't speak for the OP, but I would be deadly with a 1300W sprint; that's VERY good. For me that would be about 23.3 W/kg. The OP doesn't give an exact weight, but I take "very light" to mean a similar range to what I occupy, around 120-130 lbs (I'm ~123). A 23 W/Kg jump qualifies as outer-space good. Jeez, I would LOVE to have an 1100 watt sprint, and you don't that even counts as "barely passable." Which is weird, because my untrained sprint is ~900 watts, and that does me good things in the 4s against people MUCH bigger than I am. No, I can't really take this assessment of sprinting power very seriously. It's more complicated than who has the biggest power numbers.
