Actually, I did. I ran a Google search and came up with the applicable law, which does not exclude bicycles. As was pointed out by someone with experience in Florida law, it would be possible to prosecute under that statute I posted - but as also noted it simply isn't really applied in practice. So while it still could technically be a felony, I've already said I concede the point to someone with so much experience in Florida law.

I just Googled a few words and hit that statute. It does not exclude bicycles and could theoretically be applied - but by de facto it simply isn't apparently.
