5s = 1083 watts (13.02w/kg)
1' = 600 watts (7.21w/kg)
5' = 369 watts (4.44w/kg)
FT = 305 watts (3.67 w/kg)

I was happy to see the 5' power on the same row as the FT. I'll try some 1' when I am fresh to see if I can improve it. Bottom line, I am not a sprinter.
Some days, my hardest 5s is ~1050W. If I don't have a clean jump, or my cadence is too low, or I'm tired or whatever. In the right spot with the right cadence it has 1207W. I be you can bring the 5s up with technique. Same goes with 1'. If you haven't read all of WR posts about 1' testing, at least in his (and my) case the 1' number varies dramatically with how you test.

going to merco tomorrow?
