It's standing due to an old arrow shaft that was very easily photoshopped out

It's a 1990 model and it came with 130mm spacing. Makes for easy upgrades. The wheels were off the Raleigh as well. Front wheel was relaced with 2.0/1.8/2.0 spokes to a Tiagra hub and the rear is straight 2.0 spokes to an old 36-hole MTB hub that I shortened the axle on. If I had the urge, a 10-speed setup would be an easy upgrade. 8 works just fine though.
