Oh, in addition, if at all possible supply the forks w/o those stupid CPSC dropout safety tabs. I always file them off, and if they have been chromed, the chrome will be ruined by filing. I realize that the CPSC requires them on complete bikes intended for road use, but I don't think they are a requirement for bare framesets or track bikes.

TRACK bikes under CPSC must have sew-ups: wonder how many bike qualify for that?

I am unsure if framesets require tabs under CPSC; that will take some research
