Those of us with large screened laptops that actually want to carry them around outside of the house are in the minority. Most people tend to pick the smaller 15.4" or even smaller netbooks.

Of course, you could always get a bike with larger panniers like the Xtracycle/Big Dummy/Ute/Hammertruck...
