Also looking at doing Full Chrome, Full Copper, and Full Black Chrome [black chrome is one of my favorites, but few people have seen it and it is hard to appreciate in photos ~ but in person it is great]

So I am hoping to have painted lugged at $349
and Chromed Lugged at $399
and Chrome/Painted combo at $399
and maybe chrome lugs at $499

including fork and headset
These options would be great, though like others, I have to wonder whether many folks go in for chrome lugs.

If chrome and lugs are on the table, why not put a classically styled rando/tourer in the mix? I'm talking paint + chrome + lugs, eyelets/bosses, horiz droupouts, and decent clearance. (Oh, and a derailer hanger, but keep that on the down-low...) Rivendell is somehow still in business selling such frames for 2 or 3 times what it seems like BD could pull off, and Bob Jackons start in the neighborhood of $600 even without any chrome (though with 631 tubing). This is probably more a discussion for the C&V forum, but I figured I'd bring it up here since it hits on the same details, and it seems like a niche with plenty of demand and too little affordable supply.
