A bike like the new Moto Gran Turisimo -- which is like a Windsor Tourist or Surly LHT with a bit better parts might be a nice bike to build in an even more upscale version with lugs

Lots of interesting options once we determine if cyclists are willing to pay the added $150 for lugs.
