From: Looking for my right leg muscles.

Bikes: 2000 Cannondale CAAD3 Triple 105/Ultegra

I'm full right now. Not a good sign.

Breakfast was two packets of oatmeal. A protein shake for a snack. Then came a pulled pork sandwich and cottage cheese for lunch. Not bad if I keep dinner easy. But unfortunately dinner is broccoli casserole....my wife is out to get me.
