Upgraded to:

DA7800 levers, RD/FD, cassette

FSA OS-99 stem, FSA Sl-K compact bars, Fizik Antares carbon saddle

Vuelta corsa lite wheelset, Scott oem carbon fork (ebay)

I would advise all owners of '08 CFRs to change out the stock fork; the alloy steerer is HEAVY (I saved 250-300g probably) and really doesn't do a good job of damping road vibrations. Best $100 I've spent on my bike.
