tiagra brakes vs 105 brakes

hi there!

I just bought a brand new trek 2.1 bike and it comes with shimano 105s everywhere, except the brake set, which are tiagras. Now, I'm new to this, so I guess my say might or might not be correct, but would it be better to replace those brakes with 105 brakes? Right now, the front brakes click when i hit the brakes and i've determined that it clicks when it runs over the little dimple on my bontrager wheels where the inner tube stem pops out. I'm not sure if that's normal or not, but that's what's happening.

Anyways, let me know what you guys think in changing out the brakes. Is it worth it? Is it hard to do? Would someone be interested in purchasing my tiagra brakes? I've literally only rode the bike for like 500 ft.
