This is the first road bike- I presume. It will not be the last. All your first bike is going to tell you is what you should have bought in the first place So go for the Cannondale. Spec is as good as the Giant but a lot cheaper.

And I am a Giant rider. Go TCR if you can afford it over either. And over here- 09 TCR-C's are still available at sale prices.
