Not that it even matters to the OP. His problem has nothing do with pads or the quality of brakes on his bike.
Stock tiagra brakes with pads are no where near as good as the stock 105 brakes with stock pads I used.
There is an actual perceptible difference at this level. Between 2009 105 and 2010 Ultegra theres a huge difference. Between 6700 and 7900, you'd only notice in a lab.
But I digress.
