^^ If your budget is 800 bucks, I still say you will probably do best by going to a good LBS and getting a new bike. Yeah, the group may be sora instead of Ultegra, and the frame may be steel or aluminum instead of carbon fiber, but having a decent bike that fits you properly and the support of an LBS is probably worthwhile.
