What does he think the vibration frequency of a frame is? 0.5Hz? Even if you ride around at 120rpm, the frame can cycle back an forth between deflections at a MUCH faster rate. The flex has no trouble keeping up with pedaling.
Not going after you George, but this frame builder's logic is off.
