The test doesn't look at other results to make the comparison, that's something we do. The test is flawed and so realistically the mean, mode and average are likely to be different from 100.
The Normal range for IQ is 80 to 120. Normal is always a range and never a single value. Below average is considered ********, above 120 is considered genius.
