There is really no comparison - I think that's enough reasons...

in full disclosure I ride a Scott and it blows away both Cannondale and Giant as far as frame/fork weight go. But I digress. My point is that any company can claim almost all of the same things you posted. Oh and I really like your CAAD 9, it looks great. I used to sell Cannondales and I do like them.
