That wally mart looks good
You might have to change a few items- change the wheels so they would last a 10 mile ride- drivetrain could be bettered but for a short term you could replace as it breaks- suspension unit is probably terrible but as you would only have it for a month or so- just set it to give minimal bounce and it would be ridable for short distances. But just look at the colour of it.
So you have a choice- Wait a bit longer for the bike to arrive or Get a wally mart. I'd wait.
Just plan out the space for assembling it when your new one does arrive. Might even require that you clear out the shed for storage of it- and clearing the shed or garage would take me a week- and that would only be sorting the stuff to save.
