Pretty much any excuse to stay home can be answered by someone on this forum:
Bad weather? Try riding in the snowy midwest, or summer in Atlanta or rain in England.
Bad traffic? Read Claude's description of Maltese traffic.
Sick? Poptart raced on Mother's Day with the flu.
Tough ride? Read about Badger's weekend.
Too old? A couple of avid riders here in their 60's, lots of folks over 50.
Recent surgery? JonR's still riding.

Look too goofy in biking attire? Check out Rainman.
Too fat and out of shape? Look at me!

I guess my point is that we often find ourselves trying to live up to the example of people we admire, and there are plenty of folks to admire here. Thanks to you all for helping me get up, get out and get spinning.
