A really poor week as far as commuting is concerned.
Only 50 pleasure miles last weekend (none this weekend...husband/father responsibilities) and last weeks commute was marred by two mechanical issues. The freewheel gave up the ghost and then the bottom bracket symphony started just after I replaced the freewheel. I started out with great expectations too. The weather has picked up making the longer routes a reality but there you go.......that's the way it goes.
Attending a course on Monday but back to the route on Tuesday. Mechanicals aside I'm hoping to achieve 160 this week and hopefully two 50+ rides at the weekend.
