with the advice of picchio special, i purchased this yesterday. not sure of the year but the rear derailleur says 1974 so i guess it could be anything from a 74-80. i love the lugs. i thought they were also used on the professional but when i saw my friends raliegh pro, it just had regular lugs. anyway, even though this is a touring bike, i was wondering if i could use 700c wheels on it and maybe even stick on some old record brakes.
