Bikes: Felt

Schwinn Traveler vs Palo Alto vs Lotus Challenger vs Nishiki Olympic. Which to buy?

I'm currently riding a lightweight aluminum Felt. But I'm looking for a bicycle to commute and possibly do light touring. I plan to add Honjo fenders and a rack.

I have the option of purchasing these bikes:
  • Schwinn Traveler - Suntour 5000 Derailleurs, Dia Compe Alloy side pull brakes and an alloy crank- $180
  • 1988 Palo Alto - Columbus Steel Tubing & Lugs With Suntour Cyclone 7000 Six-Speed Derailleurs and Dia Compe G Brakes - $249
  • 1987 Lotus Challenger - Dia-compe brake levers, Shimano brakes, Suntour gear shift levers and derailleurs, Cromolite 503 fork blade, Tange 900 CR-MO butted tubes -$175

Or waiting until April to see if another seller wants to get rid of their Nishiki Olympic.

Any advice would be helpful to this vintage newbie.
