Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

1.You can still find 126 mm spaced wheels or hubs but, of course, they limit you to 7-speed freewheels/cassettes. Hunting around older bike shops is likely to turn up an NOS 7-speed hub they will be thrilled to sell. Here is one source: http://www.thethirdhand.com/index.cg...d=685024715651

2. You can remove a 4 mm spacer from the nds side of a 130 mm wheel and still use 8/9/10-speed cassettes but the dish will be excessive. You will have to cut 4 mm off the axle to keep the axle ends inside of the dropout faces.

3. You can get a 130 mm wheel, replace the 8/9/10-speed freehub body with a 7-speed body and trim the axle.
