Bikes: Bike list is not a resume. Nobody cares.

Glad things went well; congrats.

For your pads: It takes 20-30 hard stops (straight from the Hayes FAQ) to burnish in new pads. Easiest way to do it is to pick a lonnnnnnnnnng grade and haul down successive stops. This heats everything up to operating temperature. When you're doing this, don't ever brake all the way to completely stopped; let off right before you come to a complete stop and let it roll again. This eliminates the chance of pad 'sticking' to the hot rotor, which both 'bakes' the pad surface (glazing) and can chunk away bits of the pad surface.
