Rest day today. This week is prepping for a stage race.
Got my fit done. My guy identified some inefficiencies in my pedal stroke and fixed them with saddle/cleat adjustement, then fixed an asymmetry in my body. Unfortunately this required I put on my old saddle, doesn't match my bike. Oh wells...
The process was pretty cool.
I will ride again tomorrow with some specific stuff.
