3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
I felt like that 4 years ago. I was 285 lbs at the time, am 240 lbs now (6'6"). I feel much better these days. I was at my fitness peak during my rugby playing days in the late '70's through the '80's.

4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?
I had a 10 speed Schwinn in college (long, long ago)- it was my rain, snow, shine transportation. I started biking on a regular basis when we moved from Houston to The Woodlands, TX in '94. This is a great place for recreational riding.

Fitness and recreation 15-20 miles per ride.

3-4 times per week. 1000+ miles per year.
