in addition to the chain and chainring wear you'd incur by running a "micro-drive" setup, it's very likely that you'll encounter skippage of the chain. This would be made evident to you when you stood up to crank really hard to power up a hill and promptly wound up either bashing your nuts into the stem, or doing a faceplant when the chain starting skipping over the cog in the back. this is an issue even if your chain is properly tensioned, and it happens for the same reason that everything will wear a bit faster.

i have an 11t cog, and two 22t chainrings.
