Well, I have to purchase a new crankset for one...
I'm only considering making the switch to 11s because a friend's offering chorus shifters for cheap. But if it ends up being a $600+ investment, I don't really need the extra cog...

BTW, I don't want this to turn into a 10 vs. 11 speed debate.

DaveSSS: So the shifting "crispness" is comparable to that of a full 11 speed drivetrain?
