Clicking when slowing down/new chain...

So i just got a new chain on my Dawes SST,riding it fixed and there is a somewhat loud clicking when i "resistance brake" ( Pedal slower to slow down) coming from the chain area though i cannot pinpoint it,it is not a grinding sound but literally a clicking/creeking noise and does it everytime that i slow down or speed up VERY fast but its not a conistent click, just sounds like something is struggling a little or im putting to much tension on it I.E. Slowing down or speeding up too fast?

Anyone have any idea? chain too tight? too lose?
