Axiom do racks that fot 24" wheels. I have the Odysee Disc because my eyelets are placed very high. Its not the best design but it is fairly ridgid and seems to work.

Dahon supply full-length fenders with their 24" bikes, you may be able to get some from a Dahon dealer.
