I have read all about the process on the NYDOT website - what I was wondering was if anybody has actually gone through this process, which forces buildings to come up with an access plan. How long did it take for them to come up with the plan? Did any unforseen problems arise, like odd service elevator hours or something? Stuff like that. Maybe there has been so little out there because the law took effect during the winter.
