If both fit you well and you like them both fairly equally, get the Felt. It already has the Ultegra components, so why go with 105 on the Cannondale now saying that you can upgrade it later? While true, you also have to pay for the Ultegra components later, adding a few hundred bucks to the overall price of the Cannondale. You've been reading this board for a few months, so you've probably seen that there quite a few Felt riders and fans on this board, including me (F60). The only problem I'm aware of with Felt is that they've had slow delivery on some of their 2005 models, but if your dealer has what you want already, you won't have to deal with that.
