The bike is in excellent condition, other than a few cosmetic scratches from locking up downtown, I've probably put less than 600k on it since I got it, sadly. The only problem I can think of is that the stock plastic pedals it came with have bearing issues, but they have lasted me a whole year so far. exactly how small is this place you're moving it to (if you don't mind my asking)? i lived in a tiny one bedroom for years with two full sized bikes and no outdoor storage space. it drove my wife crazy but they fit allright...there's always the option of hanging it from the wall...
