all the moving parts of my drivetrain are sram: truvativ crankset, pc1070 chain and pg1070 cassette. the derailleurs are ultegras. my drivetrain makes almost no noise (which i assume has more to do with the hub than the drivetrain). on the other hand, i wouldn't mind if my hubs sound like a swarm of hornets.
