Today I'll be doing Friel's pacing intervals, tomorrow 2.5-3 hours at z3, and don't know about Sunday--it depends on how my legs are feeling. Looking for approximately 400 TSS this weekend to bump my ctl up to about 31. I'm getting there. I guess my one goal is to be able to help my team out at the State Crit. That means I have to have my FTP at least back up to 340 and my weight down to 175. And spousal permission, but I should be ok on that...I hope.
