I also considered both. The heavier flywheel is suppose to be better for riding temp for long periods of time. I bought the road machine because KK was selling demo machines for half price so I went with a used machine. I have no regrets, the machine works perfectly.

If the price was closer on the pro, I might have bought it but the price difference was too much.
