i'd add wheel size to that mix. the relationship between fork rake, head tube angle and wheel diameter combined determine trail, which is probably one of the biggest factors in how much tendency the bike has to track on-center. theoretically, if you had two identical bikes, but one had 700C wheels and the other 650B (both with same width), the bike with 650B wheels would have less trail, and would be harder to ride hands-free.
