I just whipped up a quick Neural Network consisting of your upper limit of 53 artificial, computer simulated brain cells, complete with neurons, dendrites, and axons and all those other nifty brain cell attachments and unfortunately the results were inconclusive.

More testing may yield a more positive answer.
