The last 2 bikes I've gotten have been 27" frames, and I bought a 25" frame before that. As a tall guy I appreciate finding frames in my size as it's a rarity. I'd try the local craigslist first as we're heading into spring biking season. If no bites then I'd probably part it out and sell everything seperately on ebay.
