Anyone have a favorite non-clipless shoe for commuting/general riding? It should be:

-Relatively stiff sole for cycling,
-Not be too crazy-looking to wear at a casual office,
-Somewhat waterproof or water-resistant, and...
-Cost about or less than $100.
