I recommend that you take recommendations as something you should try, not something you should buy. Finding the right saddle is a process that all cyclist go through. Some are picky and have to ride the same model on all bikes, some don't care and will ride anything. Horses for courses.

No matter how awesome we say a saddle is and how much you might agree. It's not up to us or you. It's your butt's decision Let's hope it doesn't like expensive saddles.

I like the Fizik Arione. I've been riding them for 5 years now. Very happy. At $120-140 it is expensive, but I consider it an investment. I ride 5-6 days a week year round.
