I am not familiar witht he brand either but, it appear to be a lower quality frame with STAMPED dropouts vs forged. not haveing a rearderailleur hanger also is a good indicationit is lowend. the crankset looks nice it have have been added later. is the a 26" or 27" wheeled bike.?

if you have lots of spare parts around and lots of time I would not worry too much about any of them.
