I can't wait to see 41 mph speeds from you guys on the HPV track in 2005. Heck road speeds are slower than track speeds with all the rough surface, head winds and high rolling resistance.

It should be a piece of cake to race Stock at 41+ mph. Right?

My suggestion for Balzing Pedal is to have him sign up to race the hardshell streamliners with his non faired Baron. Streamliners usually race at 35-39.5 mph pace on the track.
