Since I use a spoke machine - I'd be cutting 263.50 and 263.00 even.

In your case you would be okay ordering 264.00 and 263.00.

Check to see if the DT's you are buying are spot on in regard to what the label size says - cause I'm still running into boxes of DT spokes that are a 1/2 mm short of the label on the box.
