Short note

Regardless of what is happening in my life, I do at least 2.5hrs per week on the stationary - no change there, none planned (unless more time).

Got my Bike to the new place yesterday afternoon, and got 4.2 miles in...bout an hour or so - just goofing mostly.

Moving - well, that's 2-3hrs every night after work, and Saturday was 11hrs of it - the old house is a tri-level (stairs everywhere there), and we are in the basement in the new house, so stairs (17 to be exact) there as well.

It may not be exercise per se, but my 2yr old GSD is ran by me for bout 1-2hrs every day - play, frissbee, ball work and more

In short, it may not be perfect (yet), but am not sitting on my butt either!

Last words on this...there is more to my health than simply exercise! Getting off the strong pain meds, getting off (done) the high-blood-surgar pills, and more. Point is, there is lot going on, and am getting to it as time permits.
