I did the same thing last summer with a local CL ad for two Peugeot 10 speeds. I saw the ad in the evening and emailed the seller. I made an appt for 8:30 am the next day.
I had visions of PX-10s dancing in my head.
Because of the anticipation I didn't sleep well that night. The next morning when I got to the sellers home, cash in hand, there were two Peugeot 15 speed mountain bikes. They were decent midrange bikes but, I had no use for them. Too expensive to flip and we already have hybirds to ride.
I did snap a cell phone pic of one of them.
