You don't have a BB30 frame. It's most certainly a standard 68mm English threaded BB shell.

SRAM does not make ISIS cranks or BBs for road bikes. Everything has changed to the new outboard bearing cranks. The BBs will fit your frame, no problem, without adaptors.

It's not necessarily a bad idea to swap out all of the parts, but it pays to know what you need and how to install those parts.

Consult the Park Tool website and SRAM instructions.
